Get ready for a frightfully fun Halloween in Little Norway! Historic Downtown Poulsbo transforms into "Ghoulsbo" for one of Kitsap County's favorite Halloween traditions, bringing hundreds of costumed ghosts, goblins, witches and superheroes to Front Street for an afternoon of trick-or-treating and family-friendly fun!

Hosted by the Historic Downtown Poulsbo Association, Ghoulsbo closes Front Street to vehicle traffic, creating a safe, walkable Halloween celebration where downtown merchants hand out candy and treats to little trick-or-treaters. Families can wander from shop to shop, admire creative costumes and enjoy the festive atmosphere of Poulsbo's charming waterfront district.

Make a full afternoon of it! Before trick-or-treating begins, visit the Pouls-Boo Halloween Fundraiser at the Poulsbo Heritage Museum from noon to 4 PM for games, a ghost hunt, popcorn and a Halloween photo booth. After collecting your candy, grab dinner or a warm drink at one of downtown Poulsbo's many restaurants and cafés.

Please Note: Trick-or-treating runs from 4–6 PM or until participating businesses run out of candy. Costumes and candy bags encouraged!
