You’ll find a wide variety of magnificent backdrops for live music and events from Gig Harbor all the way to Kingston and we’ve put all this information together in one place so you can easily experience your favorite bands amongst stunning views and tasty foods. It really can’t get any better than a beautiful location paired with live music.

GIG HARBOR | SKANSIE PARK

Set along the waterfront in the shadow of Mount Rainer, 10 Tuesday evening concerts span a variety of music genres that are sure to appeal to all audiences. Guests are welcome to arrive by land or by boat at Skansie Brothers Park for the 6:30-8 p.m. performance.

In the heart of Gig Harbor’s boutique shopping center is a small covered stage playing host to free live local music. Grab some outdoor seating at any of these family owned and operated restaurants Blue Agave, Blazing Onion, Green House or Fondi’s Pizza and enjoy a delicious meal plus a great show.

PORT ORCHARD | WATERFRONT PARK

Downtown Port Orchard is the home for many community events throughout the year but the Fathoms O’ Fun events, like the free Concerts on the Bay Series, are a summer highlight for local families. Live music is staged inside the Waterfront Park Pavilion, which includes amphitheater-style seating (utterly necessary for those drizzly days of early summer), views of both walk-on and vehicle ferry crossings within the Inlet, plus a great park for the kids. These events are fun for the whole family and are also within walking distance to a variety of dining options and most importantly treats(!!) like locally crafted fudge, chocolates, ice cream, donuts, baked goods, and coffee.

The grassy knoll sharing space with the Boat Shed entrance serves as the stage for Music in Manette, a free annual concert series in the small suburb of Bremerton. Listen to local bands as you watch the ferries sail about in Sinclair Inlet and the sun set across the Olympic Mountains. Manette is home to several mouth watering eateries, creating the ultimate dinner + show date night.

In celebration of Parks & Recreation month, the City of Poulsbo hosts four outdoor concerts at the Waterfront Pavilion along with many other free events throughout the month of July. Enjoy these summer tunes from the outdoor patios of the many local eateries within earshot or find a grassy spot near the waterfront to lay and chill - don’t forget your Sluy’s donut or an iced brew from Viking Coffee Co.

Clearwater Casino Resort is nestled on the shores of the Agate Passage, snuggly sandwiched up against the border of Poulsbo and the Agate Pass Bridge which delivers you to Bainbridge Island. The summer concert series is located in the courtyard surrounded by breathtaking views of the Puget Sound. Plan to spend the night on the evening of the concert and your ticket to the concert is included with your room charge! But don’t procrastinate your plans because these shows usually sell out in advance.

BAINBRIDGE | BATTLEPOINT PARK

Free live music is located at one of the coolest kid's parks on the Kitsap Peninsula. Battle Point Park, known commonly referred to as the ‘ferry park’ due to its enormous, life-like WSF ferry jungle gym, in addition to softball fields, tennis courts, and plus a plethora of outdoor spaces to explore. Battle Point plays host to performances by highly celebrated artists from the Pacific Northwest - bring a blanket and pack a picnic - or purchase dinner from one of the on-site local food trucks and enjoy a perfect summer evening with some rad tunes and family-friendly fun at the park.

KINGSTON | MARINA PARK

The charming waterfront community of Kingston offers free concerts on the grassy space of Mike Wallace Park each summer. The park is situated close to the busy ferry terminal offering vehicle and foot ferry service to Edmonds and downtown Seattle, making it the perfect spot to invite friends and family from the other side of the water. Explore the downtown district on foot enjoying cozy cafes, bakeries, unique retail, restaurants, craft beer, and local wines.

Kingston | The Point casino

Fridays + Saturdays | 6-9p

Since the opening of The Point Casino in 2016, ‘Summer Sounds’ has been held in the hotel courtyard over the summer on Fridays and Saturdays consistently from Memorial Day to Labor Day. With a BBQ menu and open bar starting at 5p, concerts run from 6p to 9p. Seating is limited and first come first serve. The center of the courtyard features a large fire pit, surrounded by smaller tables, and is a great place to relax and unwind when the weather permits. Plan to bring your own chairs and sit in the grassy area.
