Kingston Pirate Festival Guide
Get ready for Kingston’s fun and family-friendly festival, coming to Mike Wallace Park on June 6th 2025.
Pirates and their pals will arrive at North Kitsap’s waterfront city of Kingston on the first Saturday of June, kicking off the summer festival season with flair! The Puget Sound Pirates will be on hand setting the mood, galavanting around Kingston, and being generally jovial as well as 40+ vendors, live music, activities, and even a fire dancer! Kids will love the bouncy houses and a treasure hunt and a rum & beer garden for the adults will be a welcome spot to rest and relax!
getting there & parking
If you are traveling by car from another part of the Peninsula, you’ll likely be taking Highway 307 from Poulsbo, which merges with Highway 104, which comes from the Hood Canal Bridge (a warm welcome, Jefferson County friends). You can look for street parking or head to the Port of Kingston/Marina parking lot, where you’ll find many parking spots - some paid, some are free for 2 hours…make sure you know which type of spot you’re in!

Party with the pirates
Party with the Puget Sound Pirates - a lovable bunch of scallywags who love to don their finest pirate gear and plunder up and down the Puget Sound! Pose for photos and get in the pirate spirit! The Pirates of Puget Sound not only provide entertainment and combat with a piratical flair, but they also specialize in providing kids’ entertainment. They come equipped with several pirate games that are appropriate for kids of all ages.

From 10am-5pm there will be a fun lineup of music, activities, and performers sure to keep the visiting pirates and their comrades entertained for hours! Performances and music are held at the Mike Wallace Park Pavilion.

Show up dressed in your best and boldest pirate gear and take part in the Costume Contest! Encourage your friends and family and come dressed up as a group for bonus points! After all, what’s a pirate party without pirates?!
